My new years resolution for 2013 is to get that violin out of my closet that has been collecting dust since high school and rosin up that bow, practice, and join a bluegrass band.
I really can't say its a just for the new year but more like the whole year "Resolution" and what am I resolving is just to become a better "me", learn to love "me" so I can let myself be loved. Aside of being creative and crafting 24/7, probably enjoy crafting with other. Making accessories, and gifts, stuff that people will love and just can't get enough of. And actually letting myself enjoy life and loving every minute of it without letting any body put me down or dictate how I should feel, do or say. Or care what they say. New year's resolution be a better me a better "Crafty Me!"
New years resolution is to finally learn how to do cable and twist stitch knitting patterns! Not just lumpy doctor who scarves >.< oh...and sample every type of cheese in the world!lol Happy
Well I was offered to join these really cool people that vend cool recycled clothes/jewelry and lately I haven't been participating so therefor, my 2013 resolution is to start getting more involved in doing what I enjoy most. <3

My resolution for 2013 is to hand make all of the gifts and cards I give this year with all of the supplies I have been squirreling away over the years.
My New Years Resolution is to be more healthy by eating right and working out.
My resolutions for the year of 2013 include becoming a junior marshall for graduation this year because academics mean a lot to me. Secondly, I will be creating 3-5 entirely unique pieces each week to keep myself productive and creative. I will be building my art portfolio because I am looking at various colleges and want to be sure I can impress anybody.
My New Years Resolutions are to Blog, Craft, Swap and Do more creatively. Also I want to take time to appreciate all the lovely moments that you can miss stressing too much! x
My resolution is the same as every year ...try to be braver, & make this year of my life better then the last.
My 2013 resolution was the easiest one I've ever committed to. Be healthier, be more loving and understanding, and to not let my sewing machine get any rest. I am also working at getting better with wire-wrapping, but that's not really a resolution that's just a side hobby.
My New Year's Resolution is to create a card a day. Also to be early for EVERYTHING......appointments, work, dinner reservations....everything!
My new year's resolution is to start writing down my crafting ideas. I get many different ideas at random times (especially before I fall asleep), so when good ideas come to my mind, I need to write them down or risk forgetting.
Eek, I have a few New Years revolutions. I was diagnosed with Celiac disease last year so im trying to stick to a gluten free diet (im missing my bread and pizza already), one is to speak my own mind and not let people take advantage. But the biggest for me is to pass my driving test so I can be free.
To learn to make felt Raccoons!!!! Happy

My resolution is to make and finish at least 2 projects from each of my crafting books...I have over 50 !
I meant *scroll up.
Edit to my Resolution (scroll down for the original): I'm already two weeks in a school studying for my Child Development Associate, something I've been wanting to do for a long time. I've already gotten an interview for an internship lined up for this week! (That takes care of the "get a job or get back into school" bit!)
My new year's resolution is to spend some time each week learning something new for work or personal pursuits. So far, I've kept it up, but the year is only 4 weeks along Happy
my resolution this year is to finish projects i start before going on to other projects ..
My new year resolution for 2013, is to finally help my community and give to others some of my time and energy, by volunteering in one of my neighborhood associations.
My New Years Resolution for 2013 is for my girlfriends and I to start a small business selling handmade/original products at conventions such as Tekkoshocon, Ohayocon, Otakon, and others. Hopefully we will have fun doing it and get pass in hurdles that are thrown our way. Also, I hope that someone will be willing to help us noobs >.<
My New Years resolution for 2013 is to stop making resolution's because I never follow through. But in all honesty this year I'd like; to find myself a full time job, craft more, go back to college/follow my dream of being a makeup artist, keep a clean home, help my step daughter through school, move into a better neighborhood, make some new friends and hang out more with the ones I have, have a better relationship with my husband, and to be happy just being who I am instead of trying to fit the cookie cutter. Happy
to pay off my bills and have more free time to craft
My news resolution is to do more crafting! I need to create more time express myself through my art.
“My new years resolution is to finish all my knitting projects, to learn to sew better and to make my own electronic circut boards. Happy

also to eat better learn more and treat everyone with empathy kindness and respect
My new years resolution is to finish all my knitting projects, to learn to sew better and to make my own electronic circut boards. Happy

also to eat better learn more and treat everyone with empathy kindness and respect
My New Year Resolution is to spend more time crafting with my Granddaughters. I have a hard time around this time of year because I've lost my Mother, two Brothers, and my Soul Mate of 20 years. I've been getting my craft room in order. I need to keep myself busy I have to get myself together for my girls. I've been getting ready for our new craft project for Valentines Day the girls are so excited. I have all these great ideas now it's time to get them done. Thank You for getting me motivated.
My New Years resolution is to minimise the stressors in my life, so that I have time for the things I really love. My goal is to learn to love and appreciate life more (and find more time for crafting!)
my resolution is to kick the caffeine habit and have a more balance in my life.
My New Year's resolution is to CreaTE more magical, eclectic, eccentric designs that knock your socks off....and mine too! Whoo Hooo....to Cut Out and Keep, AND BeYOnd!
This year I've resolved to try one project out of each of my craft magazines each month. I've just received my first one and am excited to chose something and get started. Thanks for the opportunity to win one of the January craft boxes.
1) Create more. I didn't have the opportunity to spend much time with my beads last year. and I resent that. The more weeks go by without a finished project, the less little me likes my self or my life. So, I've set up a space in the empty bedroom. The boys aren't allowed in. So far, so fun!
2) Get myself an internship somewhere. It really is that big of a deal.
3) Play with my puppy. I got my puppy, I'm darn well gonna play with her!
My new year's resolution is to find more balance in my life. College is life-consuming and I need to find some me time without getting so caught up in the fun that I forget to do my assignments!
My new year's resolution is very simple - but it will have a great impact on my wallet and on my personal style. I want to make my own clothes this year. I'm resolute to frequent thrift stores more often than the Mall or clothing department stores, and to literally turn someone else's trash into new and fashionable treasure.
Last years new year resolution was to get a distinction in fine arts at the college which i had yet to start, and I got a distinction! though i'd been out of study since i was 17. So this year I want to take on all that college throws at me! Writing articles, project work so i can get another distinction, essays, gallery visits and all and to help my new friends do the same!
My New Years Resolution would be to actually finish my projects, instead of just starting them and stopping once I knew they would soon be completed.
One of my Ne Years Resolutions is to lose weight, just like everyone in the world "claims" they're going to do. And once THAT fails I'm going to switch to my back up resolutions. One is to figure out what I want to do with my life, I'm in my first year of college and have NO idea what career path I want to take, to give me that added security so I'm not wasting my time OR money. My other back up resolution i to "try" and finish at least one of the multiple books I've started writing and never finished and maybe take that next step to eventually getting published and make that my 2014 new years reolution.
My New Year's resolution is to start learning how to craft baby things!! I'm pregant and want to do what my mother did for me. She made all my baby clothes when I was an infant and they were so beautiful and unique; I want to do it for my child. It also gives me a chance to use my brand new sewing machine that I got for Christmas. Happy
My resolution is to create a permanent space within my home to work on my crafting - my Good Stuff is stashed in containers stacked to the ceiling in the basement, impossible to retrieve when inspiration strikes. Unacceptable!
My resolution is to stop making resolutions because I never seem to keep them. Too much pressure!!!! I seem to do better learning a new craft, like how to Knook, or lose weight, or cut down on junk food, all by myself, no resolutions attached. The minute I attach a "New Years Resolution" to something, it seems to be doomed. I'd love to win one of these boxes since I'm guessing it may be Easter themed. That would be fun.
My new year's resolution is to finally learn to play guitar like a pro and write a song. Or atleast the melody for it. Learn as much new things as I can. As I have known crafts since childhood, and I wasn't really connected with music before, I was kind of scared to start learning guitar playing last year. I wasn't sure what others might think about me, but now everyone thinks it's just normal.

Never be afraid to try something new! Happy
learn to drive
learn to drive
I forgot to say
I also resolve to finish things that i start. 
My New years resolution is to
learn how to knit from my grandmother
Learn how to separate eggs because the yolk ruined my cupcakes
Get better at basketball
Keep loving Harry Potter
Maybe sometimes read what my dad suggests ; )
Improve my maths
<3
My resolution for 2013 is to be true to myself in my time spent on jewelry design/making. If I create pieces made from love, I am bringing beauty to life, and what's NOT spectacular about that?
my new years resolution for 2013 other then trying to lose some pounds will be to crochet more this year. to come up with more cute and adorable beanie. and take it further then making just beanie. will see if i can accomplish this. =)
My resolution is to recreate myself and to perfect my crotchet and knitting. Also wish to start to sell some of my craft too.
My new year's resolution is to find a good job and make a little order in my personal life, so messy at the moment!
This year I want to get a healthy body. I'm sick of having a not-so-healthy body, eating bad foods, not exercising, sitting around. I want to do my body good!
my new year's resolution is to teach someone to sew and to pass on my crafting experiences for others to enjoy.
My new years resolution is to try and keep on top of my homework and coursework, and work on improving my writing!
My New Years resolution is to learn how to balance my physical limitations with my need to generate money with my crafts.
I made two New Years Resolutions, which I've never really made resolutions before. One is to complete a 365 day Photo challenge. I've managed to do monthly challenges but never a year challenge. Another resolution is to focus more on bettering myself this year via weight, personal health, and emotion strength. At the end of last year I had lost 15 lbs. I want to reach my goal weight and be healthier at the least Happy
Learn to hula hoop so that by summer I can be more coordinated and less shy about performing in front of people. I've made my own hoops from stuff found at hardware stores and have even gifted some to friends, so that should be +1 confidence per hoop hahaha.
That and draw everyday, even if it's craptastic. :3
my resolution is to finish what i started - and not buy anymore supplies til i've used up what i already have
My New Years Resolution is to complete at least one craft project every month and to Finally graduate College in May!!!
2013 resolution: To create a decent area to both store and work on craft projects so that I can work on my PhD's... Projects half done ;)
My New Year's resolution for 2013 is to craft ALL year for next Christmas and New Year so it will all be DONE on time! (I am still finishing gifts and never made the Christmas OR New Year cards!!) 8*)
An important resolution for me for 2013 is to gather up and organize all my art supplies and craft materials in a functional, fantastical, craft corner in my basement using only the stuff I have as I have no budget for creating my dream craft room. This is also a challenge to myself as I really want to get serious with my creativity this year in my journey of self healing and finding the real me underneath all the piles of crap.....Happy New Year!!
My resolution is to set up my craft room. I just moved and now I have enough room to not have all my supplies hidden away in boxes. Problem is now I have to figure out how to do that.
Be more patient & precise with sewing.
my new year's resolution is to create more, and actually execute some of the ideas i've been saving up. also, i need to get my Crap Room, i mean, my Craft Room cleaned out and organized so that i can actually create in there.
One of my New Year's resolutions is to not only organize my crafting supplies, but to fill in the empty spots. Nothing stifles creativity like getting halfway through a project and realizing you never got around to replacing that bottle of Mod Podge or whatever other crafting staple is no longer in your stash. Sometimes coming up with workarounds is a great way to discover new craft methods, but this year I hope to spend more time crafting and less time staring a a bag of wrong supplies trying to puzzle out how to substitute!
My New Years resolution is to stop saving my super special crafty supplies and start using them. Even if I use them up. Because I think that even though they look very pretty on the shelves, they would look even prettier used in projects! No more hoarding!
sleep early to have more energy
THIS IS SO GREAT. My New Year's Resolution is to simply go wherever I can! I plan on going to at least five concerts this year (of my favorite bands, of course), New Orleans (a place I've been DYING to see my entire life), and a new Harry Potter convention (which is actually kind of a summer camp, another thing I've never done). It's all very exciting and new and I can't wait to discover it all.
My New Years resolution is to do more art and keep my art cupboard tidy. It is a mess but I can still find everything I need!!!
My New Year's resolution is to stop procrastinating! I'm horrible for waiting 'til the last minute to do anything.
My new year's resolution is...
To Be More Generous With My Time, Skills, & Money!

Give to those who need it, when ever possible. I think last year I did pretty well with my skills and donations, but I feel I could volunteer more of my time.
My New Years Resolution for 2013 is to cook more often and craft something new every week even if its finishing a project from last year.
My new years resolution is to cut the crap and do everything i tell myself to do i'm done seeing the disappointed tired girl in the mirror when I don't accomplish something i'm 15 and that's what going on this year
I just found this side a few days ago and my new years resolution is become a part of you lovely and inspiring page Happy
my first projekt i will put online tomorrow wuhuuuu
My New Year's resolution is to be more, make more and live more! "Be the change you want to see" is the motto this year. Much more charity work is going to happen, only buying charity shop clothes and upcycling them with the help of the great crafters on CO&K! I'm going to cook more, being more inventive in the process and writting all my recipes down. I want to give more, and take less (:
My ,,New Years Resolution" is to not to wait for a new year or any other outside event, to make changes in my life, just do what I want and do it now. You don't need to set a starting point, like: ,,Oh, I'll start my diet tomorrow", because tomorrow never comes,
My New Years Resolution is to not let school consume all my time, yes it is important but last year it stressed me out so much i was always sick. I will make time to have fun and craft more often.
My new years resolution is to be adventurous. This is my last year in high school, I'm about to move on to college, and I haven't really taken advantage of my youth. It's gonna be tough for me because I'm the kind of person that coops themselves up within their own limitations, but I made myself a shrink plastic to remind myself everyday of my resolution.
My New Year Resolution is to try to get out and do more things with my friends and to try to volunteer and become more responsible for things in my life that I really care about!Happy
At first I thought: I'm not going to have any resolutions this year. Then I found out that sticking to the 'old' me and habits will not help me getting more 'ups'. So this year I have to put things straight with myself. I have to make list of the things that are important to do, like graduating, and things that are not important which consume most of my time like the internet and social media. If I do the important things first and efficient, I will have much more time for stuff I really really like, so instead of looking to crafts, crafting and instead of looking to beautiful places, visit beautiful places. If I do not graduate, I know I have done my best, so I will find peace with it and try it again.

I certainly not going to make any resolutions that have anything to do with food or weight :p, Happy New Year!
My New Years Resolution for 2013 is to make a drawing every single day of the year Happy and to sew something at least once a month, so basically, make more time to craft and improve my skills Happy
My resolution: to craft more, cook more, and go on more adventures with my kids.
For the past few years, my New Year's Resolutions have...failed miserably. As such, this year I have resolved to be myself, and to love every minute. I will not change myself, nor force myself to be constricted by societal norms, rather I will be a more 'saturated' and 'vibrant' me. I resolve to trust myself.
...I also resolve to drink more water, because it is something that I should do.
My New Years resolution this year is to be more straightforward about what I want from people, because last year i screwed up many relationships because of a lack of communication with the other person.
My New Years resolution is to make more things and start posting how tos on here! (I really need a nice camera though XD). I'm currently working on updating my sewing room so I can go in there and make things whenever I feel like it, so another resolution would be to get my craft room organized. Overall my resolution is to be craftier!
My New Year's resolution is to work on my novel more, I haven't been writing for a while, and I really miss it!
My new years resolution is to unite my family to try and be all together so holidays and birthdays aren't so awkward.. along with increasing my knitting skills!!
Finish all my knit WIPs...I have 12. Almost done with one!
My new year's resolution for 2013 is to create more things with stuff that I have at home. I often want to make things, but then I see that I don't have the right materials or gear. I think it's great to create things with stuff that you have, but don't use anymore, sort of customizing and recycling. This box will help me create fantastic things!
My New Years Resolution is to take all the creativity that's been building up in me and learn how to channel it into some form of income. I've got my different spaces prepared: sewing room, painting corner and piano. Now I just need the inspiration
My res. Is to become more active, craft more, inspire myself, appreciate myself better, have a better year than last year, be good to myself and those around me, get a job or get back into school, craft more, live more, build my site with more crafts, make money, flourish in love and life, and broaden my horizons.
My New Years Resolution is to be better in my craft and be more creative
My new years resolution is to not be afraid to try new crafting projects! And I will see them through to the end and not give up half way through! I will, I will, I will! xxx
My New Year Resolution is losing some weight and getting fitter.
My New Years Resolution is to be better in my craft and come up with a new things to me .
I need to make time to craft every day so that is my resolution. I'm also starting my first art journal so finishing that is high on the priority list
I have a few resolutions - launching the handmade monster line I've spent over a year designing being the big one, and completing the rest of my first year at uni still with the grades needed for honours! ... Add organisation of ANY form to that and it's all gravy : D
I have a few resolutions - launching the handmade monster line I've spent over a year designing being the big one, and completing the rest of my first year at uni still with the grades needed for honours! ... Add organisation of ANY form to that and it's all gravy : D
I intend to make something 'crafty' every single week in 2013
I'm going to clean up my life. Not just one part of it. NO NO NO! I wanne be the healthy, sporty and creative person that I am from the inside. YES YES YES, 2013 is going to be my transformation year!! I will not let anybody stop me, including myself. <3
My New Year’s Resolution is to learn how to deal with stress better. I am a very high strung person and it’s really affecting my life and health. Crafting has helped a bit but I need to learn how to quickly distress in ‘at the moment’ situations. I also need to learn how to let get go after stressful situations. (Depending on the situation, it can affect me for days to weeks afterwards.)
My New Year's resolution is to share my passions with the world! I hope I will start a blog or youtube channel and post crafts and tutorials etc. Also I will wear more of the things I create so people will know what I love to do.
Learn to knit so my Mum can finally say she's passed down the art!
My New Year Resolution is to learn drawing and I'm planing to do that with weekly drawing a room design (I want to become an interior designer) and every week a different room. With this I would have better chances by applying to university of architecture Happy
My new year's resolution is to become more active with crafting! No more slacking! I need to take my crochet supplies with me, so I can squeeze in some crafting time while I'm sitting around. Whether it'd be waiting for my order or sitting in class; I need to get the move on and get my creativity going.
My New Year's resolution is to find a new job. Hopefully, one that feeds my fiber loving soul.
Next year I want to read more because I absolutley love reading but I realise I dson't do it enough. I need to make time in my schedule do do what I love.
My new years resolution is to work out more and stop eating so many chips! Tongue
To go back to my old health and nutrition routine. This year has been very unhealthy and I haven't been jogging since summertime. I'm going to start keeping a journal of my progress.
My new year's resolution for 2013 would be to save up enough money to buy a sewing machine, and hence move on to bigger craft projects! Due to my current lack of a sewing machine, everything that needs sewing takes waaaay too long to do.
my new years resolution is to make and bake more stuff anf live life to the full
My new year's resolution would be to create more. I generally think of a brill idea, but then don't have the supplies, or I've got no Idea. I think It would really help me to be able to clear my mind of stress, and then, just, freak out with scissors and a glue gun.
My new year's resolution would be to create more. I generally think of a brill idea, but then don't have the supplies, or I've got no Idea. I think It would really help me to be able to clear my mind of stress, and then, just, freak out with scissors and a glue gun.
My new years resolution is to try and make more time for my family. We've had some really awful news recently which has put my priorities into perspective so I hope we can all become a little closer in the coming year to support each other, and that I stop stressing out about work and the little things.
My new years resolution is to finish projects that I've started! I have a half-finished painting that will be awesome just as soon as I get around to actually completing it. I think if I actually follow through on all the ideas I have then people will be able to see what I'm so excited about!
My New Year Resolution is to move and find a job to mantain my (future) PhD studies
My new years resolution is to work hard enough so I can stay in the new school I will be going to in the school year of 2013-2014
My new years resolution is to study hard so I'll be able to stay in the new school i'm going to for cosmetology ^-^ And I'm only 13 and it's accelerated so wish me luck!
My resolution is to pick up a new crafting skill every year. This year I learnt to crochet. In 2013, I hope to learn how to put my barely used sewing machine to good use.
My New Year's revolution is to invent an army of robot badgers that will help me with cleaning and admin, leaving me time to make all the other things in my head. Failing that I'll just have to be more organised and stop procrastinating. But I'd prefer the badgers...
My New Years resolution is to continue crafting - I'm leaving home for the first time at the beginning of next year, and going into a university residence. Because of this, I won't have my usual crafting space (i.e. my bedroom) and I'm worried that this will mean that I won't craft as much. For this reason, I'm determined to take a few crafting supplies with me, and to continue making, and, when I have a chance, blogging about it. I don't want my passion to go unfed! I'm just hoping that I can manage to sneak my sewing machine into my university residence...
if surviving doomsday december 21st wasn't good enough resolution (GRIN) then i would say my new years resolution would be winning a christmas box from crafty creatives that i could then use to help smooth over the government enough to help my wife get her visa so we can be together...(pause) i know wishful thinking on the governmnt part. *LAUGHING*
My New Years Resolution for 2013 is to get my passport so I can work on the rest of what is needed to stay and live with my husband
My new years resolution is to make more time for the things I love - crafting, archery and modeling. I've found that I am too busy and stressed out with life to do the things that are relaxing and fun
Also, (forgot to mention this) I want to get better at writing fiction stories. Whenever I write a story, I reread it an hour later, and it's terrible.
My New Year's resolution is to clean up my crafting area. It is a MESS. Every time I get a chance to clean it, I find an excuse not to.
My New Years Resolution for 2013 probably would to not be afraid to say my mind and from my mind to write it or draw it on paper more. Not being afraid to be open and show how amazing you can be at your full potential. To also get a blog up about renal failure, dialysis and the possibility of potentialy finding matches for organ donation.
