We're getting spicy in this week's Cocktail Hour and experimenting with Bloodshot Vodka to mix up Bloody Mary cocktails and salsa.

Kilmarnock, Scotland •

The best thing about living in Kilmarnock in my opinion, is being able to split time between the independent and big name retailers in town and then go a short journey to wide open spaces and fresh air. King Street is the best place to shop for those latest 'must-haves', whereas Bank Street and College Wynd are ideal for a leisurely stroll into independent gift, home and clothes stores where you will find those items that you must have, even if you didn't know that you needed it in the first place!

Sew a simple boxy shopping bag with Backstitch in Cambridge, England.

We head to Madrid to explore Ishtar Olivera's arty craft room.

What I love about it are the two big windows that let so much light in : )

Danion recreates the dramatic look of Jareth from the movie Labyrinth.

I just love Jareth and I think his rock and roll leather and lace look is pretty amazing. He has dramatic make-up and hair but it's the amazing leather jackets, fitted pants and 17th century style that makes his costumes unique and sexy.

Mix up three delicious new cocktails with Heads & Tales gin bar in Edinburgh, Scotland.

Samantha from When Flowers Fall recreates the look of model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and gives her a grungy bronze makeover.

I love the fact that no matter what RHW does, or wears, it's effortless. Whether she's dolled up to the nines, or wearing jogging bottoms fresh out of the gym, she still looks incredible.

Ashley from She Makes A Home recreates the look of Zooey Deschanel's room.

I first saw a little peek at Zooey Deschanel's home in a 2009 issue of Domino Magazine. I've always been a fan of Zooey's fashion sense, but I really like her home decor style as well. The room featured in Domino was her home studio space, filled with bold blue color, classic patterns, and framed art. It gave me a "Louis XVI-meets-the-1950s-in-the-future" kind of vibe, and that's the look I went with for my How-To picks. In this list you will find DIY projects that echo the general style, patterns, and projects that Zooey Deschanel might have used to decorate her studio space.
