This is part of my series "a new creation everyday".
Using the recipe from this site
I made these tarts. I forgot to pre bake the pie crusts but it didn't matter they came out flaky anyway. I only used 1/2 the filling and meringue so I'd recommend doubling the crust. It made 2 dozen.
