• 

  Step 1

  we will use pots of cream or cheese similar to this one

  Step 2

  you have to cut the upper part of two of them to get rings.

  Now take a sheet of paper from which a strip will be cut so that it has a length exactly equal to the circumference of the ring.
  decorate this strip of paper - you can use collages of colored paper, make decorations or any other means.

  Step 3

  Then stick this strip of paper on two circles so as to obtain a cylinder.

  Introduce in the lower part of the cylinder another one slighly smaller and glue it in te first one so to make a base. Decorate this base- here I used gold paper

  Step 4

  this cylinder can easily be illuminated by placing a led tea light on a base made with another pot.
  A slightly more complicated solution is to use a base with a bulb

• 

  Step 5

  and here is the result !
  For parties you can easily make several of them for almost zero cost.
  You can also adapt their decor to the theme of the evening
