We're experimenting with Beckett's Gin for today's Cocktail Hour and mixing up an apricot martini, frangipane flip and some gin & tonic sandwich biscuits.

Biscuits with a twist, enjoy a gin & tonic as a delicious sandwich biscuit.

Unique: Frangipane Flip

Inspired by a frangipane tart, this unique flip combines Beckett's Gin with amaretto, fresh lemon, simple syrup and egg white for a frothy cocktail with a ground almond coated rim.
