You Will Need

Step 1Cut the apricot into small slices, placing one to the side for your rim and place the other slices in a cocktail shaker and muddle.

Step 2Add ice and pour in the gin.

Step 3Squeeze in the juice from half a lemon.

Step 4Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Step 5Serve with a slice of apricot.
