It's as good as it looks! You can always sub in reg flour and milk if ya want :)
While pumpkin is most often used during the fall, these little cookies sandwiches are good any time of year. Chocolate doesn't get paired with pumpkin often enough, they actually go wonderfully well together, especially with a bit of cream cheese in the mix!
