1. 

   make the dough at let rise

2. 

   mix ingredients for syrup and put on heat , boil till slightly thickens




3. 

   take small pcs of the dough put little cream cheese and shape as small ball,then place in baking pan ( I use 10 " round cake pan)

4. 

   continue making the balls and laying them next to each other working your way from out side in




5. 

   brush with egg and sprikle the seseme seed

6. 

   bake in preheated oven 180c for 15- 20 min

7. 

   pour cooled syrup over hot pastry and enjoy
