- 3.0 cup Flour
- 0.5 cup Water
- 2.0 tbsp Powdered Milk
- 0.5 cup Oil
- 1.5 tbsp Instant Yeast
- 0.25 cup Sugar
- For the filling :
- Cream Cheese
- For the topping :
- 1.0 Egg(s) , beaten
- Sesame Seeds or Slivered Almonds
- For the syrup :
- 1.0 cup Sugar
- 1.5 cup Water
- Few drops of Lemon Juice
- Cardamom Pods (optional)
- Saffron , few strings (optional)

make the dough at let rise
-
mix ingredients for syrup and put on heat , boil till slightly thickens
-
take small pcs of the dough put little cream cheese and shape as small ball,then place in baking pan ( I use 10 " round cake pan)

continue making the balls and laying them next to each other working your way from out side in

brush with egg and sprikle the seseme seed
-
bake in preheated oven 180c for 15- 20 min
-
pour cooled syrup over hot pastry and enjoy
