    Prepare your material...I use yarn for this tutorial..actually you can add rags..thread..any kind of oil soaking material...

    Cut the yarn into short pieces and stuck it into the tube using the skewer.

    Mixed and match the color...if you want to make a 'Jade' one.. then you should use some light and dark green with white ones.

    Pour in some oil into the tube...you will see the yarn started to soak in oil and resulted a 'glass' look to the tube! This may take some times...you may want to soak the whole thing in oil for overnight or you can pour in the oil bit by bit during inserting the yarn...just make sure no air bubbles were trap inside!

    Step 5

    Once you happy with the pattern formed, now you can match both ends of the tube by heating one end of the tube using a lighter or candle. The heated end will soften and expand, quickly wrap it over the non heated end.

    Now, you have a perfect 'glass' like bangle!

The plastics tube you may get from pet shop (use in aquarium) - hardware shop - or maybe hospital - they have lots of it!

I'm having some trouble connecting the ends. When I heat the end up, it doesn't expand, it just kinda melts in on itself a little bit. What am I doing wrong? lol
