You need to freeze the rolos for an hour before you start.
I like my Brownies crisp on the top and gooey in the middle. 25. Mins give you this. If you prefer them more solid then cook for a little longer.

Step 1Heat oven 180/356 degrees.
Melt together the plain chocolate & butter.

Step 2Whisk together eggs & sugar until double in volume.

Step 3Fold in the chocolate mixture.

Step 4Fold in flour & cocoa.

Step 5Fold in the rolos & chocolate chips.

Step 6Pour into a tin.
Bake for 25-30 mins.
Allow to cool.

Step 7Cut & serve.
