When did you first get in to cooking and do you remember the first recipe you tried?

when I was very young I would make crepes and pancakes for my family, either for breakfast or tea, I think I was about 6?

What's your kitchen like and how do you keep organized when cooking?

My kitchen is large, very well equipped since my mother is a professional chef. I consider myself a very organised and structured person, I think I transfer this into everything I do. To keep organised when cooking I always measure all of my ingredients before starting, and sometimes, I also place them next to each other in the order that they will be added. I find this helps avoid any extra messiness in the kitchen and makes the whole process (including the washing and cleaning at the end) way more efficient.

What tips would you give to someone wanting to become a better cook?

practice, practice, practice! don't be scared to mess up a few times and don't give up until you are happy with the results.

Who would you invite to your dream dinner party and what would you cook for them?

I have friends in many different countries so my dream dinner party would include all of them together in the same place. I'd probably cook something mediterranean, some nice tomato salad with burrata and some Lebanese dishes like kibbeh and hummus or babaganoush. And to finish something with loads of chocolate like a flourless cake or chocolate moelleux.

Do you do any other crafts and what are your hobbies?

When I was young I enjoyed painting but i don't do it anymore. I enjoy reading, specially novels and fiction.

Which cooking blogs do you love to read?

Food52, America's Test Kitchen, Bon Appetit

Is there anything else you'd like to add?

I feel like there is more of me to share but I don't know what to add really so I just hope you enjoy the recipes, have fun making them and sharing with your friends and family! xxx Steph
