Tangy pie for a summer's day!
I absolutely love raspberries and I was looking for a healthy pie that I could make. I came across this recipe http://www.myrecipes.com/recipe/frozen-blackberry-lemon-chiffon-pie-10000001611677/ and decided just to substitute the blackberries for raspberries. I also used some half and half sugar and stevia blend instead of all sugar. it is really tangy, which I like, but if you wanted it to be sweeter, you can just add more sugar. I didn't mix it all that well, and so the bottom is a little heavier on the raspberries and therefore icer than the rest. I don't actually think it needs to be frozen, but I haven't tried it in the fridge. If you do, let me know! I also had too much filling and I'm not sure why.
PS the time doesn't including freezing time.
