yummy chicken broth based soup

    well first et some eggs and seperate the whites from the yolk. Put the whites into a cup.

    then in a pan, pour the broth in, stir until it starts to boil.

    start to pour or DROP the yolks into the broth. I use chopsticks to stir in the yolk.

    after the yolk in dropped in. keep stiring until the yolks turn realy white.

    Turn off the stove and serve

Are there specific amounts of the broth and eggs or did you just wing it?

A great twist on this one is to add julienne carrots and celery. DO NOT cook the veggies from the start but add them as a final step. This give the soup a really fresh and crisp taste.
