Glittering red Paddington Bear hat inspired cookies!
These were one of the sweets for my Paddington Bear afternoon tea. They were so simple to make but looked awesome on my cake stand.

Step 1Lay out twelve chocolate digestives. I used dark chocolate digestive thins which worked really well.

Step 2Place a mini peanut butter cup in the middle of each cookie.

Step 3Unwrap the peanut butter cups one at a time.

Step 4Spread the top of the peanut butter cup with Nutella.

Step 5Place face down in the middle of the biscuit. Repeat for the rest of the biscuits.

Step 6Spray each cookie with water.

Step 7Sprinkle with red edible glitter, making sure to cover the whole hat.

Step 8Leave to dry and then serve!
