You Will Need

Step 1Make dots of Royal icing on paper & let dry.

Step 2Make the biscuit...
Heat the oven 160 degrees.
Cream butter & sugar together.

Step 3Add flour & mix through until no clumps of butter remain.

Step 4Crunch the crumb into a dough.
Roll out dough.

Step 5Cut out circles & place on a baking sheet.

Step 6Bake for 15-20 mins.
Remove from the oven & allow to cool completely.

Step 7Attach the dry icing to the biscuit using a little water or glaze icing.

Step 8Serve.
