  • Step 1

    Wash and peel your cucumber. its easy to do just take a peeler or a knife and peel them like a potato.

  • Step 2

    slice the cucumber into slices about a half inch thick.

  • Step 3

    mix the salt pepper and milk in a bowl and put the flour on a plate.

  • Step 4

    dip slices in milk mixture then in flour. coat both sides.

  • Step 5

    cook in skilet with very(VERY)thin layer of oil coating the bottem set on medium/high heat until golden brown on both sides and season to taste
