You Will Need

Step 1Heat oven 220 degrees. Pastry...
Melt together the butter & water.
Bring to the boil.
Remove from the heat.

Step 2Add flour and beat until smooth.
Allow to cool a little.

Step 3Gradually add the eggs.

Step 4Pipe or spoon the pastry on to a tray.
Bake for 20-25 mins.
Allow to cool.

Step 5Filling...
Whisk the cream, vanilla & icing sugar together until thickened.

Step 6Fold in the custard.

Step 7Split the pastry in half.
Fill with custard filling.

Step 8Topping...
Melt chocolate & butter together.
Spread the chocolate over the top of the bun.

Step 9Serve.
