Upcycled Fountain Necklace

Necklace that nobody likes+ overpriced charm+ beaucoup de stress= cool necklace!
I was at the craft store the other day and I found a new section of charms call industrial chic. Needless to say I spent half an hour there instead of looking for Christmas presents. I ended up purchasing this odd cone-shaped charm and was completely infatuated with it until I got home and realized that I had nothing cool to pair with it. Enter necklace that's been sitting at the bottom of the bathroom drawer for two years. I combined the two elements and made a best-of-both-worlds kind of necklace ^_^
