You Will Need
Filling
200 g
Apples
40 g
Brown Sugar
1 tsp
Cinnamon
1 tsp Mixed
Spices
Pastry
Puff Pastry
Additional
1
Egg
Brown Sugar

Step 1Heat through all filling ingredients.
Bring to a boil. Continue to boil until no liquid remains.

Step 2Heat oven 200/400 degrees.
Roll out dough.
Brush with beaten egg.

Step 3Spoon the filling onto the pastry.

Step 4Fold the pastry to cover the filling.
Crimp the edges.
Brush with egg & sprinkle with sugar.

Step 5Bake for approximately 10 mins until pastry is cooked.
