Strawberry Cream Cheese Truffles

    Take your chopped strawberries and puree in the food processor.
    Combine your cream cheese, powdered sugar and ¼ cup pureed strawberries.
    Chill dough for 30 minutes before scooping
    Use a cookie scoop and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place baking sheet in freezer for another 30-45 minutes to firm up.
    Prepare a double boiler system and melt both chocolates together.
    Using a fork dip truffles into chocolate and place back onto baking sheet.
    Store in the fridge. Serve chilled.
