Stealie/Kandi Personalized Box

Inspiration for a fun and simple gift for any occasion, with endless decorative possibilities ('^__~*')
Made this up as I went for my friend's birthday. It was made with her personality and interests in mind (she's obviously a Deadhead, also a HH kandi raver). The top and all the sides of the box were glass and I used a variety of colored sharpies/permanent markers to draw on the top and sides(metallic markers really helped the skull portion of the Stealie stand out) and a little on the sides of the inside of the lid. Went a bit crazy with the hot glue gun adhering the mirrors, ribbons, lace, some cut-outs, silver lettering, beads, origami and such, then arranged stickers (cranes, stars, diamonds, etc. were made with origami paper, cut small). This was the first box I decorated and though it ended up quite busy, but they're great gifts to personalize and you can get as creative as you'd like!
