    Step 1

    shred cabbage,carrots and peppers i do this by using a potato peeler.place in a bowl and add chopped spring onions and corriander

    for the dressing i grind 2 cloves of garlic with two teaspoons of sriracha and a splash of soy sauce add half a lemon and around 100 grams of crushed peanuts combine together in a pestle and mortar. i coat half of the salad in this,with the other half i marinade two chicken breast and cook on a griddle pan-this i completely optional as the salad woks great with no meat also.
    Add soba noodles to boiling water for 5 minutes then blanch in cooled water drain and add to the salad and dressing

    toss everything together and top with more crushed peanuts and crispy chilli and chicken breasts on top
