This soup is quick & easy to make.
You could add more spice if you like.
It could be served chunky or blended.

Step 1Fry the curry powder in a little oil for a min.

Step 2Add the garlic, onions & ginger.
Stir to coat in the spices.

Step 3Add the lentils & carrots.
Stir to coat in spice mixture.

Step 4Add the stock.
Bring to the boil.
Simmer until the lentils are cooked through.

Step 5Serve.
