This soup is quick & easy to make. You could add more spice if you like. It could be served chunky or blended.

You will need

Carrot(s) Grated Lentils Curry Powder Vegetable Stock Garlic Grated Ginger Grated Onions Chopped

Description

This soup is quick & easy to make. You could add more spice if you like. It could be served chunky or blended.

Instructions

1. 

   Fry the curry powder in a little oil for a min.

2. 

   Add the garlic, onions & ginger. Stir to coat in the spices.

3. 

   Add the lentils & carrots. Stir to coat in spice mixture.

4. 

   Add the stock. Bring to the boil. Simmer until the lentils are cooked through.

5. 

   Serve.
