Smoked Sausage Rice Casserole
Easy to make.
Full of flavour.
Cook rice according to instructions.
Add sausage, pepper, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika & cayenne.
Cook for a few mins.
Add tomato purée.
Stir through & cook for a min.
Add chicken stock.
Cook & reduce to thicken the stock.
Sprinkle in parsley.
