A perfect idea for a light summer breakfast.
A raspberry & white chocolate panna cotta is a great idea for breakfast or, if you divide it into smaller portions, a summer dessert. It is light, tasty and looks great - is there anything that could make it more perfect?
Blend raspberries, yoghurt, condensed milk and protein powder together to a smooth cream. You can either blend all the raspberries, or just most of them and keep a few to put inside your panna cotta - it is up to you.
Dissolve the gelatin in hot water and mix it with the raspberry mass. Pour panna cotta into a bowl and put it in the fridge overnight to let it solidify.
To make the white chocolate glaze, simply heat white chocolate and milk together and then mix them together very energetically until you get a plain glaze. Put it on top of the panna cotta and enjoy.
