Vegetarian friendly pate with Quorn chicken, cream cheese, dill and chives
Before you begin, chop the onion and garlic and saute until golden. Place in a blender with the dill and blend together.
Add the Quorn chicken and blend again.
Add the cream cheese and blend again.
Add the spices and herbs, blend then season with salt and pepper to your liking.
Stir in some chopped chives before serving!
