Peanut Butter Cake
You can top the cake with 1/2 cup of peanuts.

I eat it hot, this is why the icing is runny.

    Step 1

    Heat oven 175/350 degrees.

    In a pan heat water & butter until boiling.

    Remove from the heat.

    Add oil & peanut butter.

    Stir to combine.

    Let cool for a few mins.

    Add eggs, buttermilk & vanilla.

    Stir through.

    Add flour, sugar, bicarb & salt.

    Stir until just combined.

    Pour into a tin.

    Bake for 45 mins until cooked through.

    Frosting...

    Place butter, peanut butter & buttermilk in a pan.

    Bring to a boil.

    Remove from the heat.

    Add vanilla & icing sugar, one cup at a time.

    Pour the hot frosting over the hot cake.

    Allow to cool completely.

    Cut & serve.
