i needed to use up my extra fabric...
I made a dress out of the pacman fabric, and i had extra so I used it to make a quick skirt. This probably took me only an hour total to make.
I basically used a skirt sloper to make an a-line skirt pattern, cut out the fabric, and sewed it together. easy-peasy.
