Coq au Vin
This is a one pot dish.
Put in the oven & forget about it for a few hours.
Heat oven 180 degrees.
Flour the chicken portions.
Place in the pan.
Add onions & garlic.
Add the pasata.
Add the wine & stock.
Cover & place in the bottom shelf of the oven for 3 hrs.
Remove from the oven & check that the chicken is cooked through before serving.
Serve with potatoes & veg if you like.
