You Will Need

Step 1Heat oven 180 degrees.
Flour the chicken portions.
Place in the pan.

Step 2Add onions & garlic.

Step 3Add the pasata.

Step 4Add the wine & stock.

Step 5Add mushrooms.

Step 6Cover & place in the bottom shelf of the oven for 3 hrs.
Remove from the oven & check that the chicken is cooked through before serving.

Step 7Serve with potatoes & veg if you like.
