This is a one pot dish. Put in the oven & forget about it for a few hours.

You will need

Chicken portions Pepper Flour Salt Onion(s) Garlic Mushroom(s) Red Wine Pasata Stock

This is a one pot dish. Put in the oven & forget about it for a few hours.

Instructions

1. 

   Heat oven 180 degrees. Flour the chicken portions. Place in the pan.

2. 

   Add onions & garlic.

3. 

   Add the pasata.

4. 

   Add the wine & stock.

5. 

   Add mushrooms.

6. 

   Cover & place in the bottom shelf of the oven for 3 hrs. Remove from the oven & check that the chicken is cooked through before serving.

7. 

   Serve with potatoes & veg if you like.
