Oatmeal Caramel Bars
I made my own caramel but if you want to use the bottle/jar caramel that works just as well.
Heat oven 350/175 degrees.
Mix together flour, oats, butter & bicarb.
Press half the mixture into a tin.
Bake for 10 mins.
Pour over the sauce, salt & chocolate chips
Crumble the remaining Oat mixture over the top.
Bake for 15 mins.
Cut & serve.
