Step 1Melt the butter, chocolate and syrup together.
Leave for a few minutes.

Step 2Mix in biscuit, aero bubbles and mint aero.

Step 3Pour into a tray.
Allow to set.

Melt chocolate.
Pour over the Traybake.

Allow to set.
