Mashed Up Funky Punky Kilt With Bustle

Transform a boring woollen wrap skirt into a must have funky flirty must-have!
Using pinking shears, remove 2/3rds of the skirt. Use the excess to layer inbewteen net or a contrast fabric and attach to waistband at back. Use pinking shears as it is almost impossible to hem a kilt once pleated. It will fray a little - but that adds to the effect. DRY CLEAN WHEN YOU NEED TO FRESHEN THE ITEM.
