You Will Need

Step 1Cream butter, vanilla & 1/3 cup of icing sugar.

Step 2Add flour & bring together to form a dough.
Place in the fridge for 30 mins.

Step 3Heat oven 175 degrees.
Roll the dough into balls & place on a tray.

Step 4Make an indent in the middle of the dough.
Bake for 8-10 mins.
Remove from the oven & cool completely.

Step 5
Fill the indent with lemon curd.
Sprinkle with icing sugar.

Step 6Serve.
