The dough needs to be refrigerated for 30 mins.
The dough needs to be refrigerated for 30 mins.
Cream butter, vanilla & 1/3 cup of icing sugar.
Add flour & bring together to form a dough. Place in the fridge for 30 mins.
Heat oven 175 degrees. Roll the dough into balls & place on a tray.
Make an indent in the middle of the dough. Bake for 8-10 mins. Remove from the oven & cool completely.
Fill the indent with lemon curd. Sprinkle with icing sugar.
Serve.
