All you need is a cigar box (well, any other box would also work)
and a little bit of imagination
you can decorate it like you want
with photo's, ribbons or fabrics
you can also put some little objects (toys) in the box
when you're feeling down
you just have to open your box and
bamm - there's your happiness (:
it's also a great, cheap and original gift!
