Step 1Mix together the flour, oats, seeds, spices, powders and salt and pepper in a bowl.

Step 2Whisk in the olive oil, water and whisky and stir into a thick dough.

Step 3Roll out the dough and use the edge of a whisky glass to cut circles.

Step 4Preheat the oven to 180'C and bake the crackers for 20 minutes until golden. Turn off the heat and leave in the oven for 10 minutes to cook a little more before serving.
