A fluffy and fashionable scarf
This project is very similar to one of my other projects "Pink Lace Ruffle Scarf" TUTORIAL: http://www.cutoutandkeep.net/projects/pink-lace-ruffle-scarf
The only differences are that it's longer and uses two layers of fabric on top of the lace. Since it's heaver, it doesn't ruffle as much, but it's still fluffy enough to where it still has quite a bit of volume.
