This project is very similar to one of my other projects "Pink Lace Ruffle Scarf" TUTORIAL: http://www.cutoutandkeep.net/projects/pink-lace-ruffle-scarf The only differences are that it's longer and uses two layers of fabric on top of the lace. You will need

½ yd Knit Fabric The fabric should be lightweight, it can come from a t-shirt or whatever. You will need 2 TYPES of this fabric to complete the project. 5 in Lace Trim You will need roughly 20 feet of this (7 yards) to be on the safe side. 1/8 inch Elastic Sewing Machine Scissors
