Simple to make.
You can change the fruit to a filling of your choice.
Heat oven 150/300 degrees.
Gently melt butter, sugar & syrup together.
Stir to combine.
Add the fruit.
Press into a tray.
Bake for 25-35 mins.
Leave to cool for 10 mins before cutting.
Allow to cool completely.
