The dough needs refrigerated for 1 hr.
You can add any additional ingredient you like into this base cookie recipe. I used 100 g of crunchie pieces.
You can also use dark or milk chocolate chips instead of white.

You Will Need
360 g
Plain Flour
1/2 tsp
Baking Powder
1 tsp
Bicarbonate Of Soda
1/2 tsp
Salt
2 tbsp
Corn Flour
150 g
Brown Sugar
105 g
Sugar
200 g
Butter
Melted

Egg
1
Egg Yolk
3 tsp
Vanilla
150 g
White Chocolate Chips
50 g
Sprinkles
50 g unicorn

Additional

Cranberries

Step 1
Mix together flour, baking powder, bicarb, salt & corn flour.
Set aside.

Step 2Mix together butter, sugar, brown sugar, egg, yolk & vanilla.

Step 3Mix butter mixture and flour mixture together.

Step 4Add chocolate chips, sprinkles and additional choice filling.
Stir through.
Place in fridge for 1 hr.

Step 5Heat oven 180/355 degrees.
Scoop the dough onto a tray.
Bake for 10-11 mins.
