You Will Need

Step 1Add the egg yolk to the cool mashed potatoes.
Mix in well.

Step 2Heat oven 200 degrees.
Pipe the potatoes onto a tray.

Step 3Place in oven for 15-20 mins until golden.

Step 4Remove from oven & serve.
