This is a great use for left over mashed potatoes.

Mashed Potatoes Egg Yolk

Description

This is a great use for left over mashed potatoes.

Instructions

1. 

   Add the egg yolk to the cool mashed potatoes. Mix in well.

2. 

   Heat oven 200 degrees. Pipe the potatoes onto a tray.

3. 

   Place in oven for 15-20 mins until golden.

4. 

   Remove from oven & serve.
