Based on Diy 'Akela' Necklace by katcar~
I used some mardi gras beads I picked up at a church haul and my grandmother's old scarf that was pretty much in shreads. I didn't sew it into a loop I just wrapped the scarf around the beads and tied it and I made yo-yo flowers instead.
