You Will Need

Step 1Heat 355/180 degrees.
Cream together the Butter & icing sugar.

Step 2Gradually add the flour & custard powder until incorporated.

Step 3Place tbsp of mixture onto a tray.
Flatten down.
Bake for 10-12 mins.

Step 4Filling...
Mix together icing sugar & butter.

Step 5Sandwich the biscuit & filling together.
Serve.
