Chocolate Cake with Ganache Frosting
Easy & delicious.
You don't have to split & fill the cake.
Heat oven 180 degrees.
Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, bicarb & salt.
Add the oil, vinegar, vanilla & water.
Mix to combine.
Pour into a tin.
Bake for 25-30 mins until cooked through.
Allow to cool.
Pour over the chocolate.
Allow to sit for 5 mins until melted.
Stir to combine.
Leave ganache to sit & cool to thicken.
Cut the cake & fill with butter cream.
Spread chocolate ganache over cake.
Cut & serve.
