Chicken Cracker Casserole
Really quick to make.
Crunchy on top & soft & creamy inside.
Heat oven 175 degrees.
Mix together the soup, sour cream & spring onion.
Pour over the chicken & stir to coat & combine.
Pour into a dish.
Mix together the crackers & butter.
Top the chicken with the cracker mixture.
Bake for 20-25 mins.
