Really quick to make. Crunchy on top & soft & creamy inside.

You will need

1 tin Cream of Chicken soup 1 cup Soured Cream 1/2 cup Spring Onions Sliced 3 cup Chicken Shredded 2 sleeves Ritz Crackers Crushed 1/2 cup Butter Melted

Instructions

1. 

   Heat oven 175 degrees. Mix together the soup, sour cream & spring onion.

2. 

   Pour over the chicken & stir to coat & combine.

3. 

   Pour into a dish. Mix together the crackers & butter.

4. 

   Top the chicken with the cracker mixture. Bake for 20-25 mins.

5. 

   Serve.
