Take advantage of summer produce.
Add a fruity twist to the classic Caprese Salad by adding watermelon!
Cube the watermelon and throw in a large mixing bowl with the mozzarella balls.
Half the heirloom tomatoes (I prefer a large rustic chop, but you can make them smaller if you want) and add to the bowl.
Slice the basil leaves by stacking them, rolling them together, and cutting width-wise down the leaves. Add them to the bowl and mix the contents.
Right before serving, season with salt and pepper, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar. Enjoy!
